All prices quoted on this website include a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST), unless specified otherwise.

Payment methods

Reserve Your Booking Online Using your Credit Card
We accept the following payment methods for reserving a booking online: Visa Card, Mastercard. Your credit card information will be encrypted and held securely through our website upon booking.

You may cancel your booking at any time, up to 24 hours prior to the class starting.

Within 24 hours prior to the scheduled booking, your credit card will be charged the full amount of the class.

Should you need to re-schedule within the 24 hour window prior to class, please email us at to amend your booking.

Because of limited seating availability, please note that “no call, no shows” will be charged the full amount of the class without a refund.

In the event we cancel your booking, we will contact you at least 24 hours before the date to re-schedule your event. If we cancel your booking and you do not wish to re-schedule we will refund your money to you.

Reserve a Booking with Cash or EFTPOS 
We accept cash payment & EFTPOS payments on arrival. Customers must contact Genevieve on 0425 431 329 to reserve bookings. If ‘no show’ occurs with no notification of cancellation 24 hours before schedule date this will be considered a no show booking.

Private and Corporate Bookings Payments

For private and Corporate Large groups we will invoice you the full amount and the full amount is due at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event in order to reserve your booking. For any reason you cancel your event after you have paid in full, we will happily refund you the full amount to you. If we do not receive full payment from you before 7 days of your event, and no further contact has been made from you, we will consider this as a cancelled booking. We will not be liable for any associated costs for your cancelled event e.g room hire or catering. We reserve the right to accept other bookings on the date specified.

Reservation confirmation

Our booking system requires you to provide personal contact information in the event of cancellation. You will receive a confirmation e-mail describing the date, time, how many seats, and cost of your booking and the venue address. This email confirmation of your order will be taken as proof of your acceptance to our  Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.


All artwork, paintings, photos, graphics, text, audio clips, button icons, slogans, trade names and other intellectual property contained on our website, belongs exclusively to Paint 'n Pour. You may not use, reproduce, modify, copy, transmit, display, publish, sell, license, distribute or commercially exploit any of the content or otherwise dispose of any of the content in a way not permitted by us, without our express written consent.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The customer agrees that the provision of any service, including but not limited to public painting sessions, purchased from our website is at the Customer’s sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, or from any services provided from this website or venue location, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. No oral advice or written information given by us nor its affiliates, nor any of their officers’ directors, employees, agents, providers, or the like, shall create a warranty or legal obligation; nor shall the purchaser rely on any such information or advice.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of your information and is bound by the laws set out in the (Commonwealth) Privacy Act 1988. We will only collect, use or disclose information in accordance with this Act and this Privacy Policy.
